This work results from a digital exploration of O Figurado de Barcelos, a centuries-old pottery tradition from northern Portugal known for its mythological and irreverent figures.

By deconstructing and reassembling motifs like O Lagarto, O Diabo, O Carrocho, and A Medusa, new hybrid forms emerged as patterns for prints, embroideries, and staff uniform labels for Andaz Lisbon, mirroring the hotel’s vibrant and culturally infused identity.
